From the Artist
Life is a series of choices. Too many choices. Each of us must find the path that is right for us in the moment we find ourselves. Which choice we make isn't as important as how we choose to respond to the consequences of that decision. The good and the bad. Do we curse the muddy path? Or, do we revel in the view that path affords us? Do we move on to the next fork in the road? Or, do we loose track of our journey; preoccupied with questions of what could have been?
This painting came about when I chose to move away from the safety of a known career and towards the uncertainty of art.

About Watercolor Sketches
Watercolor sketches tend to be a bit looser than some of Eldon’s more involved works. These artworks are used to experiment with color, form and concepts. They provide a small glimpse into the mind of the artist and help to inform his work. This is a wonderful way to own an original work and help support the artist’s continued efforts!
